This Fiskars sharpener does both sides of the knife at the same time and works on all types of knives including serrated knives, meat cleavers, hunting knives, pocket knives, filet knives, and more! Compact and portable to fit in your toolbox, kitchen drawer or tacklebox.
Ceramic wheel sharpens and polishes knife edge. Simply hold the RollSharp knife sharpener firmly on a counter surface, and place the knife blade in the guide slot. While pressing the knife firmly against the ceramic wheel, sharpen the knife by moving the blade back and forth about 10 times. Extra strokes may be necessary if knife is dull or edges are damaged. To clean, lift transparent cover to rinse away any debris on the blade or ceramic wheel. The Rollsharp kife sharpener is fully dishwasher safe.
